STRUCTURAL SURVEYS

A principal element of our business is conducting private surveys for residential, commercial and retail clients, whether buyers or investors. Offering a comprehensive customer focused service, our surveyors always meet clients at the property and undertake a thorough walk round, discussing and advising our clients on all aspects of the property (that are readily visible and accessible). The issue of a detailed report usually follows within 48 hours with photographic annotation, integral valuations and remedial repair advice.
DESIGN CONSULTANCY

Building Logistics have created plans for a diverse range of building projects, offering a full consultancy service. Developing architectural plans and with the assistance of our architectural and design consultants, we can submit simple or detailed planning applications, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. We also deal with all aspects of planning legislation and subsequently Building Regulations. We can be as involved in the project as the client needs us to be.
LAND PROPERTY LAW

Our expertise in land and property law enables us to advise on many legal issues and disputes, including all aspects of party wall matters, drafting party wall agreements and determining boundary disputes, building contractor disputes etc.
PLANNING AGENCY

We have many years experience in dealing with planning applications, and have professional expertise in handling complex applications such as listed building works, conservation area developments and greenbelt land acquisition/developments. From advising on permitted development rights, change of use or the preparation of design and access statements, to advice on flood risks and risk assessment we can manage all forms of applications, appeals and planning submissions on your behalf.
PROJECT BUILDING MANAGEMENT

We have accumulated many years of experience having undertaken a wide range of contract based building management projects, from extensions to major commercial and retail renovations. We also offer an end-to-end service - should you require it, from full property design, to project planning, assembling an appropriate team of skilled and reliable tradesmen and managing the overall project within time and budget. Turn-Key projects and time-scale enabled developments are specific challenges to our team, with accreditation supporting satisfactorily completed projects and many satisfied clients.
PROPERTY VALUATIONS

With an excellent understanding of the property market, we are ideally placed to undertake private property valuations for probate or marital disputes. Our valuation services are fully accredited and we are experienced in dealing with valuations for Insurance purposes. We have also acted for the Court of Protection and provide legal advice. We also accept enquiries with regard to legal arbitration services for the purposes of sales, taxation, building insurance, matrimonial/family disputes, relocation and other matters.
